The Phillips Collection at ARF 2017 We’re excited to participate in this year’s Anacostia River Festival! Come by our booth on Sunday, April 9 from 1-5 pm and curate your own exhibition from our permanent collection. We’ve created a few samples here. All are invited to attend this free event, so bring your friends and family!
